"This hotel was top notch with regards to cleanliness. The room we stayed in (410) had a beautifully renovated washroom/granite walk in shower with a rain shower head. Absolutely lovely! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The robes provided in the room were thick and cozy. They have a safe inside the room for valuable items. The floor was quiet and therefore the guests are respectful of the quiet (11pm to 7am) policy. The grounds were well kept. The staff were welcoming, very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The spa was fabulous and is highly recommended for those looking to enhance their rest and relaxation experience. "

"The one bedroom suite could have been more functional had there been some sort of coat rack/hooks or small closet/enclosure at the entrance door to the unit. And space for boots."

"I paid for second level room full in advance but when arrived in the property they gave me a room in main(resort) and when I mentioned that my room was in second they said no it’s in main .. so I guessed it’s fine. When checking out though, they charged me extra for the resort… why??"
