We loved staying at Hard Rock Hotel. It’s close to everything, staff is friendly, and the hotel and rooms are modern and clean.

This was the perfect location for our weekend getaway. It was close to all the action and had many great dining options. Super close to Time square and Central Park. The room was also perfect. Fantastic view on the 48th floor. The hot breakfast was included which is rare and very appreciated. Would stay here again.

Great hotel

Family of 4 Christmas stay. Perfect. Comfy beds. So close to Times Square. Right on E subway line to Jamaica Station for Air Train access to JFK. It’s not quiet - but that’s normal in this area. Close to theatre district. Lots of good eats nearby. Nice lobby area for lounging or even grabbing a breakfast at nearby deli to go. Would stay here again.

Easily walkable to/from Penn Station, Times Square etc. Staff were great, friendly and always willing to help. My only minor issue was the hotel is on a street that did not LOOK all that safe, it was dark and had some sketchy looking individuals. However I do want to stress that at no point was I worried something might occur, just be aware that it appears to look scarier than it is. We are spending another night in NYC after our cruise and I was hoping to stay here again, but unfortunately...

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for our visit to the city- the bus was affordable, easy, and quick. We liked having a variety of shops and stores close by! Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious.

Very central and an excellent base for exploring Lower Manhattan by foot or transit. Close enough to Times Square (and Broadway) to experience all it has to offer without being too immersed in the 24-7 craziness of the place. 30 Rock plaza and Bryant Park are just around the corner, and Central Park is a short walk away. State with the family the room was very clean. It’s got comfortable furniture and great location. Incredible staff helped us with everything we need. I will definitely be back probably stay here every time. I’m in New York City.
