Christmas Family reunion

We rented this place for a Christmas family reunion and were not disappointed. The house was as advertised; beautiful, clean and well cared for. We were especially surprised with the decorated Christmas tree in the living room, which made our Christmas family reunion perfect. The owner graciously allowed us a later checkout time when a winter storm blanketed the area. We would definitely recommend this location to others and we look forward to returning next year.

Fall Family Getaway

House was lovely. Lots of places to relax in small or large groups. Enjoyed the fire pit and deck. It was nice to have coffee, spices, various kitchen items provided that are not usually provided. There were some repairs that needed to be done and I contacted the number provided but never got a response or acknowledgement. The pots and pans need replacing. I would stay there again if noted improvements were made.

We had a wonderful time together as a family. Cozy and comfortable. Outside gas fire pit did not work - was out of gas, kitchen did not have any nonstick pans.

Perfect for us!

We had a wonderful time! Although we had some rainy days, the house was big enough to accommodate differing interests/needs of our party. The screened-in porch was the biggest enjoyment as we all could sit and enjoy the outdoors in spite of the weather! It was also close to walking trails and an overlook for sunset viewing! The electrical situation was a little quirky but didn’t really impact our visit. A great time was had by all!

Great House in a Quiet Location

The house is exactly as listed and is located in a quiet location. The second floor is entirely living/cooking space, so there's plenty of room for hanging out with the family!

Very clean spacious house

We had a great time on our trip to Wintergreen. The house was very clean, in fact we all commented on the clean smell when we walked inside. It was very quiet. It's very specious and there was a lot of room for everyone to spread out. The only negative in my opinion was that there is no bathroom on the main level. You have to go down half a flight of stairs to the entrance or upstairs. This wouldn't have been as big of a issue but we had a one year old and brought a gate for the stairs, so we always had to move the gate to use the bathroom. Overall it was a great house and we had a great time. Thanks!!

Communication with your people worst ever

I paid $800 for Hostess which I did not get. I had to keep calling about stuff that was not working in the house. I also had to pay for cleaning but had to do most of the cleaning myself. I spoke to someone named William about the problems and he said that he would give me $125 to eat with and I still have not heard from since Tuesday. We have checked out now but I still don’t know how I’m supposed to receive the meal money. I do not think I will use this company again for my vacations in the future.

Beautiful Home , Very clean house , ample pillows and blankets, fully equipped kitchen - we were a group of 11 people and had a wonderful stay !! Had to extend for an additional day as we could not travel back due to the bad weather and the Evolve team was very good in extending our stay . Overall excellent experience !! Would love to come back and get the same house !!
