One master bedroom and two rooms that can be used as additional bedrooms or as offices. Large living room, dining room and kitchen with tons of counter space. Outdoor deck features a wood burning fire pit; 4 min drive to downtown Napa and 1 min drive to shopping centers (Whole Foods, Target, hardware stores, etc.) The space The home is newly redecorated in mid century modern aesthetic, with new hardwood floors and recently remodeled bathrooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen are connected through an open-concept floor plan, tailored for lounging, cooking and entertaining. The living room has a smart TV that is equipped with Hulu, Netflix as well as an electric fireplace. The living room has a charming bar cart, record player and a Sonos speaker. Kitchen contains a large island countertop and is equipped with stainless steel appliances and features cooking and baking essentials, a juicer, toaster, microwave, Cuisinart food processor, Kitchen-aid Standing Mixer, French Press and a Stagg EKG Electric Kettle for pour-over coffee making. The dining room opens up onto a covered outdoor dining space for those looking to dine al fresco, rain or shine. The outdoor dining space features two heat lamps that will keep you warm on chilly nights. The backyard also features a wood burning fire pit as well as a swinging egg chair. There are fruit trees in the front and back yard. You can control the AC/Heater with the Nest thermostat. Bedrooms: One master bedroom has a newly remodeled en suite bathroom with a waterfall shower. The guest bathroom is also newly remodeled and features a cozy bathtub. There are two small bedrooms/offices that are perfect for working from home. Both offices come equipped with computer monitors that can be hooked up to a laptop. Office #1 features a daybed and office #2 features a cabinet bed that pulls out into a queen sized bed. Exercise: Brand new Peloton bike + 3lb and 10lb weights in garage are there for you to use; there are also two city parks within walking distance, one with a track great for running. Laundry: Washer, dryer and dedicated laundry sink are in the garage. Home size: \~1200sq ft Guest access Neighborhood features plenty of street parking and the driveway accommodates two cars.
