Many truly breathtaking sunsets and starry nights await you at this home nestled among the rare firs, arbutus and garry oaks that grace the property. You will love your summer stay here. A multi-level 3 bdrm home overlooking Nanoose Bay with distant views of snow-capped Mount Arrowsmith.

Vaulted ceilings, skylights and the picture bay windows make it airy and bright. A full eat-in kitchen with large deck and bedrooms. Eco-friendly central air / heat pump combo plus the two easy-on fireplaces for your comfort on those cool BC coast nights. A 2-car garage, RV pad and 200' of curb space. Grounds include a private fenced rhodo garden, artist's cabin and firepit circle.

So much to do nearby; 5 minute walk to Nanoose bay water-access or your entrance to nature trails leading to Notch Hill, Fairwinds golf course, Schooner Cove marina, Rocking Horse pub, the community tennis courts or the rec centre. A 6 min drive to any of the five community oceanside parks. Close to Parksville, Rathtrevor park, the Salish sea coast. Just 22 minutes from either BC ferry terminus or the shopping mall.

A natural, quiet setting where you can explore the tidal flats or launch your kayak into the protected waters of Nanoose bay. Get up close and personal with the orcas. Golf the Fairwind links or bike the nature trails or charter an ocean sailing trip. Morning strolls on Rathtrevor Park's tidal beach or Moore park tidal pools. A nature lovers paradise.
