"My sisters and I took my mom to the island for her 70th. This condo was the perfect location for us to explore Rathtrevor, Qualicum, Coombs…it was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed (stocked kitchen with dishes etc) and allowed us to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The beds were super comfortable and there were more than enough linens. The beach chairs, toys and wagon are a great touch!!"

"Very quiet. The most noise was from the wind in the trees - very relaxing. Comfy bed. Clean and well appointed. Would stay here again. Checked all the boxes! P.S… Roku TV isn’t very intuitive. For things like Global you need to authenticate through your TV provider so know your login. But maybe I didn’t do something right."

"The inside of the house has been completely updated and is very nice. The front deck gets the morning sun and the back deck afternoon sun so it is perfect for enjoying the decks. The location is great for access to local shops and restaurants and the beach. It is on a fairly busy street but that is the trade off for being able to walk to so many places. "The apartment was very comfortable to stay in. Communication and check in was very easy and Al was very flexible. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and supplied. The lounge room was very cozy with the fire particularly as we had cold and rainy weather. Highly recommend to stay here."

"Our stay was great- location easy to find. We were there 9 nights and had no troubles whatsoever. JC offered some local information for us about the area. We were looking for a relaxing getaway and the suite fit the bill. After sightseeing in the area all day it was nice to come back and have space to relax and make a snack. Would definitely recommend it to anyone I know travelling to that area!"

"I am in BC for work and had to stay over the weekend so I took the ferry from Horseshoe Inlet to Nanaimo. The ferry is easy and an enjoyable ride. The Savvy Seagull was a great place to stay. Very clean and the fireplace made it feel very comfortable in early Spring. Ray was very helpful and accommodating to my late check in. Thanks for everything!"
