We waited and wanted a coffee, but the Coffee maker had not been maintained and when I asked the front desk staff, they had quite an attitude, stating that they didn’t know. Well anyone with two eyes could have seen, especially with all the supplies gone. We had to find out too that our room was ready from the cleaning lady, not the desk staff. The next day some of my food had spoiled, because the fridge was set so cold - set to freezing. Eggs don’t do well being frozen. I let the front desk ladies know and they offered me two boiled eggs - what? It was fixed during the day, but nobody let us know - a card with an apology would have been nice. Maybe I expect too much, but hey the room was expensive!"
