We entered our 2 level suite and the smell of animal urine and cigarettes was unreal! The kitchen floor was sticky, bathroom toilet had hair on it... the staff were great, we were offered a cabin which was much cleaner!

Great value especially in the off season. Cabin was spacious and had a full kitchen with table and chairs which was super convenient. Beds were comfy but we found lots of little hairs in the sheets (looked like cat fur... love that it's pet-friendly but that requires extra cleaning!) Loved that there was a nice little patio with bbq and chair and a grassy area to play and have a fire (each cabin has a fire pit). Staff was very friendly and helpful.
