Beautiful view, lovely room. Phones were down, so communication beforehand was not possible - a bit stressful, as we knew that the front desk was not manned all the time. However, once we got there, Laura at the desk was great - helpful and friendly. We'd love to go back when the restaurant is open.

Beautiful location, clean rooms, convenient it was situated on the Pac Rim trail and close to Ucluelet amenities. We felt the restaurant was disappointing with menu items and service (3x) but overall great trip

Beautiful view of the ocean. Saw sea otters, bald eagles, and I think even a seal or two. Clean comfortable beds. Very quiet. City bus that takes you to downtown Qualicum Beach if you don't have a car. Very kind and helpful staff.
