Come experience all that Vancouver Island has to offer. Great North / Central Nanaimo location; close to malls, restaurants, activities, golf courses, and beaches & hiking trails. Easy access to Parkway Highway and VIU (Vancouver Island University). Bus stop is around the corner.

10 minute stroll to E&N Trail which is perfect for biking, walking, running. Or take a short drive to one of the awesome beaches in Parksville where you can soak up the sun, kayak, canoe, or SUP!
Numerous dining options and breweries nearby. Come and experience the West Coast vibes!
