Planes, helicopters and daily ferries within walking distance can take you to downtown Vancouver in 70 mins where you can also enjoy what Vancouver has to offer but without the price tag!

You'll love the view and the location, and did I say the view? You'll also have access to the rooftop as well, take a chair up and read a book in the sun or have your morning coffee up there for a change of scenery. Nanaimo has beautiful outdoor trails and parks to explore if you are an outdoor enthusiast. Or just come out west to enjoy our mild winters.

Great location and view.
Stayed here for 2 and half months. Walkable to all daily needs and lots of nice shops and parks in the area. Apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. Good view of the harbour and mountains too.
