Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy

No heat and not clean

The property had no working heat. The place was cleaned when I was closed up for the summer and had not been touched since. The owner was great and was very apologetic however the cleaner/manager was not taking care of the place. VRBO was difficult to deal with. We ended up spending out thanksgiving meal at a Waffle House and a best western with our big family meal in coolers with ice overnight.
