"I loved this hotel , best hotel I’ve stayed so sat in Cancun . Service is top notch, rooms very comfortable and spacious. Don’t get me started on the food , for it to be a all inclusive the food was fenomenal the breakfast buffet was my favorite fresh and delicious. There was something to do everyday all throughout the day , Zumba classes and there was a show every single night . They did a good job of keeping us entertained. The service room was another level and at ANYTIME of the day . The swim up bar was awesome. The of us leaving they made us an special goodbye dessert they definitely made us feel welcomed and taken care of . I’ll definitely be back."

"The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because of the checking in process. Check-in was so long and uncoordinated. There has to be a better way to accommodate guests at the front desk in a timely manner. Why would I spend almost an hr on the queue???? Otherwise, our weekend was amazing. Fantastic resort, excellent amenities, fabulous restaurants."

"Overall a great resort. Staff is so unbelievably friendly and helpful. Food for the most part is good, there are outliers in both the highs and lows though. The grounds are sprawling so you'll likely be using the golf cart or boats to get around. Both can be spotty to get on busy nights around dinner time. Entertainment was solid. I do wish there was maybe an afterhours club on property. But maybe it wouldn't be popular based on the clientele. For pools we found our favorite was the Fizz Pool. Besides it having water features and a waterfall it's proximity to a bar, gelato and a pizza shop was perfect. There are a few things here and there they could do better. And some spots of the resort could use a little TLC but overall the grounds are beautiful. I didn't like how the Palladium Travel Club salespeople were everywhere trying to get you to sign up for a sales pitch meeting. I don't need a free massage that bad. Overall if you stay here and aren't expecting Michelin star food you'll be happy. We'd be happy returning one day."
