« We didn't end up staying because this was a different place than was advertised in the photos, it smelled bad and there was animal hair on the sheets. We were told two days before our trip that the address was different than what we had thought it was when we booked. I didn't mind this new location, it was still in the general area that we wanted. But it caused us a whole lot of issues upon arriving from out of the country at 11 p.m. We ended up calling a taxi to stay at a hotel for the night...

« This is a 2 bedroom/2 bed listing. The third bed was shot using a wide angle lens and is actually a large sunken in ottoman with a thin foam “mattress” over the top. Should not be listed as a bed. The other bedroom is the size of a full bed and more like a closet. There is no living room as the chairs set in it are not for sitting-very unpleasant Victorian like chairs. Maybe a couch? Great location. Roof deck was dirty and not maintained. Has potential with some fixes. »

« Our family came to Montreal to see the solar eclipse and give our kids a glimpse of French speaking Canada. While the location isn't in an awesome area for exploring, we always felt safe and parking was always available. The inside was so fun- each room seemed to have it's own feel to it, and we love the brick »

« We were very fortunate to find this beautiful house to accommodate our colleagues during a conference at the Palais des Congrès, MCEE 2023. Walking towards our event , straight line to the congress center , every morning we had breakfast at Eggspectation and on our way back end of day found all we needed at the grocery store just on the corner. All our needs directly on the same street , just so fantastic. Perfect site ,very quiet ,the house is spacious and breaths complete relaxation after...

« Great location. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Management was very responsive to our requests. A few minor maintenance issues, but nothing major. If you’re attending an event at Centre Bell, it’s an easy five minute walk. »

« Overall the best thing is the location is perfect, right near Mt Royal Metro, its not far from Old Montreal and Old Port, and lots of great shops nearby. L'Avenue down the street is great for breakfast or lunch. Check in and out process was super easy and the host was very responsive. Towels and linens were clean and available. We did have some party goers one night in the building that kept us up 1 night. The apartment itself had clean surfaces, dishes and beds, and the bathrooms were nice....
