Disappointed that 2 nights I spent there were no toilet paper. I requested 2x times but never received it until. On the day I checked out a roll was seen outside the door. Had to get some from my neighbors.

The bathrooms in 2 of our rooms were disgusting. They had hair and dirt on the toilet seat and base of the toilet upon check in. The pool area had dirty towels lying around and no clean towels were available to dry off.

All of the staff are great and very attentive …except the cleaning staff smh! Simply put, the rooms just weren’t well cleaned. However, if you’re looking for a great walking distance to eateries and the river walk, it’s all a few steps away. As mentioned, the staff members downstairs (front desk, bar, and dining) are so nice and accommodating that it is still hard to leave with a bad impression.

My wife and I stayed at the Embassy Suites on 3/4. We were very disappointed with the accommodations and had a couple of issues. After we checked in, we went to the room and to our surprise had no toilet paper in the bathroom. We headed back downstairs and informed the front desk. They told us to find the lady with the cart and request toilet paper from her. The lady was very nice and apologetic and asked for our room number and said she would take some up. We left for dinner and when we came back we had two rolls in the room. The next issue we had was our thermostat in the room. We turned on the AC before we left and came back to the room hotter than it was. I called the front desk and was prompted with an automated service. Someone came up to the room within 30 minutes and fixed the ac. However, the air filter started to drip water. All night. We put a trash can and the ice pail to try to catch most of the condensation. For $200 a night, you would think the room would be up to Hilton standards. We’ve never had any issues until now. The breakfast was sub par. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is very well situated in Montgomery, close to so many attractions. They offered a nice complimentary breakfast & a couple of drinks in the vening with light snacks. The staff was great! I will return to this hotel during my next visit to Montgomery.

I’ve stayed at this property twice. The HVAC has never worked and it was always super hot in the room. I’ve talked to others, and their heating/cooling didn’t work either. Finally, our room smelled like urine. I didn’t complain to the hotel staff because they were really good people; but I’m leaving this comment to give awareness to others.

I liked that the window was facing the building doors to where my daughter was completing. I didn’t like that when we walked in the room it smelled like someone was smoking mariguana. Other than that I liked the room and guest service was excellent. All the workers were very nice and helpful.

I have to travel to Montgomery for certain personal issues and the Embassy Suites by Hilton is by far my favorite place to stay.The convenience to where we have to go and restaurants are easy access. Breakfast are pretty great, too!

The property itself was clean and comfortable. We ran into a few issues with the staff. The room didn't have sheets for the pull out couch and took an hour and a half to get the sheets. After two phone calls and two visits to the front desk, I was finally able to get the sheets. The second night of our stay there was a loud party next door to our room. I called and complained. The supervisor on shift was very rude and hung up on me. The music was turned down, but the people in the room banged on the wall all night. Definitely not a quiet property.

A/C wasn’t working as it should. Called Maintenance. He showed up promptly. Did a little something in the ceiling area where unit was setup. Got a little cooler for about 30 mins and then went back to not cooling. Wasn’t real happy about that. Overall room was nice and spacious. Staff at the Bar area were super nice!

You're parking sucked, I didn't mind paying 5.00 for overnight parking. The problem was the front desk not communicating that your space was full for the night, instead I was sent to a full parking lot 3 times after resetting my room key. Effective communication from your staff would have easily raised my star rating to a 5/5...

The hotel was very convenient to the Legacy Museum, which was our destination. We enjoyed the breakfast and the complimentary cocktail hour. The one negative was the room we were in was near the building air conditioning unit and was very noisy at night.

I love staying at the embassy!! Everything was nice and clean as always and the gate to the parking lock is now working. The only issue was my complimentary bag only had water in it and I had to ask for it.

25 people in line for check-in and only 2 people working at the counter. No carts or assistance with my luggage. $270 for 1 night, then they charged me $20 more for parking. Room was dirty, carpet was stained and disgusting. Only 1 of the 3 elevators worked, and it was New Year's. Very busy, and 1 elevator.

Interior needs updated and cleaned. Lots of areas that need cleaning as room has carpet with crumbs against wall. Glass elevator but the shaft on bottom floor is not tidy and needs cleaning badly. Our room (213) door was night tight because of the Striker plate is missing and is not secured properly. I have stayed in Lx Qxxxtas that were better maintained. We couldn't even order for late dinner (not like they have alot of options anyhow) because the 1 bar tender was working alone and was 6 orders behind on entering them into their ordering system. Parking is not well marked as well as how to enter, let alone the machine is destroyed and it didnt just .happen

Great place to stay while in downtown Montgomery. Love the onsite parking and our room was a suite with two different televisions. Breakfast is awesome as is the happy hour. Right across from the MPAC theater, so super convenient for shows there.
