"Check in was easy. We were advised about parking as my husband is handicapped. Unfortunately when we tried to access our car through the Restaurant it was closed so Unfortunately we were locked out of Hotel access as I had turned in my keys. So my handicapped husband had to take several flights of stairs to get to an outside exit. It is unfortunate I was unaware of this, but at least we managed and I went and got our car and picked my husband."

"Parking is terrible. The lot is shared with a restaurant and if you arrive after 5pm you won’t find a spot. The parking stalls are also very small, especially if you have a truck or large SUV. Breakfast was so-so. Lots of options, but no hot food like eggs or bacon/sausage. Mostly bread, bagels, pastries. Some yogurt. Packaged waffles you could heat up. "

"I selected the date to book this property for month of July and made sure dates are correctly selected, but received the reservation confirmation for the past date and Expedia refused to refund my money. I never received any service from Expedia or this Hotel but very disappointed with what Expedia did for me"
