We were one of two rooms that were the only ones being used and when our ride was late showing up we were locked out,in the cold and could not use the common areas which are generally left open. We were repeatedly asked to pay extra or pay a depisit for a variety of things and when the deposit was returned we were tood that theres a $5 service fee that was deducted. "We have used short term rentals before and had great experiences, but this is THE WORST experience we have had. Don’t stay here if you want to actually sleep. There is crashing noises, running sounds, and yelling/fighting well into the late hours of the night. The bedroom is a fire hazard with no window, and the heating vents feed the suite with cigarette smoke/mould smells. The host didn’t supply arrival details or check in procedures.
