Upon arrival, the unit was not clean. The bathroom was dirty and the bed linens had visible stains, which made the space feel unsanitary and uncomfortable to stay in. These issues were present at check-in. The host did eventually respond and offered to change the sheets, but given the overall condition of the unit upon arrival, we did not feel confident that the property met basic cleanliness standards. I also asked for housekeeping 1 day and they didn’t do it. They only clean the room upon request: what’s the point of going into a hotel if room is not cleaned daily? - location: convenient with a shopping centre close to the hotel. However, it is noisy as it’s really close to the highway. - hotel: staff is friendly except housekeeping sometimes who where not saying hello or any smile (we are human). The pool is very small and contains a lot of chemicals which hurts the eyes and nose if you stay to much in it. - room: bed is not really comfortable. Size is correct. AC is doing lot of noise, impossible to sleep with. P.S: someone requested me to rate the hotel with 5 stars in google review, and dictated me the words I must write in the review (and for sure mentioning her name). A review is personal and can’t be dictated by someone especially who is working in that place. I get the intention but it’s not the right way. If you want good reviews, give a good service, that’s it."
