« Propreté , accueil et chambre étaient très bien. Les tourbillons du spa ne fonctionnaient pas mais les installations sont très bien »

« Far from what I expected: - cleaning: found a socket in the room from the previous customer and a bottle with liquid i side in the balcony. - service: for a room of 4 people, i would expect 4 towels, not 2. I also asked for housekeeping 1 day and they didn’t do it. They only clean the room upon request: what’s the point of going into a hotel if room is not cleaned daily? - location: convenient with a shopping centre close to the hotel. However, it is noisy as it’s really close to the highway. -...

« The area around the hotel and front of the building looks rough, but to my surprise the room was renovated not too long ago and was very nice and clean. Staff was very polite. Would come back! »

« Just ok. »

« Margaret was excellent, she greeted us at the door, gave us a tour of the suite, explained how the tv worked and provided us a key. Access was good, well laid out with all of the amenities we needed. Bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Good supply of towels. We would definitely stay her again. Close to everything one would need. »

« Basement suite was clean, comfortable and exactly what i needed. Owner communicated well. Highly recommend it. »

« Ideal location only drawback was basement bedroom and night time visits to bathroom for older folks . Overall a great setting and Ana,was a pleasant host. »

« Pour un ramada c tres ordinaires tres ordinaires...... »

« very clean, good location. I only was really there to sleep but other than that great stay thank you! »

« Nice place to stay and big room »

« Privacy was ensured. »

« Best place »

« The property was fully set-up for me to travel there with my family for a wedding! We had amazing communication from our hosts that lived in the suite above but never once did we hear them or feel like we were in their space… kitchen was well set-up and it was great to have the games room for my oldest kiddo to have something to do while they had some down time. We highly recommend this place and our hosts 😊 »

« Spotless, a very private oasis in a busy city. Very luxury but with comforts of soft linens and fluffy pillows, a hit with the grandchildren. As well as the very big TV to watch Disney. The house is a beautifully decorated, but it’s the outdoor kitchen , hot tub, fire pit area for the win. I would recommend for a family of older children, as there’s lots of white, and fancy decor , hard to keep toddlers from touching😂, otherwise I would get the girls together for a weekend get away!!!💕 the...

« The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the patio. We would stay again with a large group. »
