« Upon arrival Galina met us to assist with check in. Since no one was staying in the suite he upgraded us at no charge! What a surprise! The suite had a separate entrance and was beautiful! Anything you could want and more was there. It was super clean, quiet and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and great location. « Overall excellent stay. We were there for a hockey tournament and it was nice to be close to the rinks and all shopping and dining. The host is very responsive and accomodating. I can't say the stay is perfect though. There is some noise from the upstairs and heating system but it's very minimal and didn't bother us. The beds are foam mattresses which are decent. Would be nice to have some board games and playing cards. While the TV is a smart tv, it's a pretty cheap one with poor audio visual....

« Jasdeep’s place was clean, quiet and accommodating. We had a couple of special requests and our host was quick to respond and very helpful and we appreciated their understanding. It’s close to everything and it’s rare to find a place that can sleep 5 people in beds. We didn’t cook any big meals but made breakfast and sandwiches and there was all of the dish wear we required. As per another review there wasn’t salt/cooking oil etc so bring those if you need them. The laundry worked great and it...

« Accueil peu chalheureux, pas de sourire, a peine bonjour, difficulté a trouver ma reservation via expedia. Animaux accepté mais 40$ supplementaires ce qui est beaucoup beaucoup trop cher pour un hotel de ce standing sans que vous ayez le moindre service lié aux chiens. Interruption du sommeil car bruyant a l'extérieur a 4:40 am pendant au moins une heure. Aucune finition dans la chambre, impression d’etre au milieu dune salle de bain avec travaux inachevés, baignoire qui s’evacue tres...

« The hot tub was great, house is big and clean. Sofas were smelling a bit funny, living room tv was not working but the manager helped us to solve it. Overall, it is a great place, huge amenities and quite comfortable. I do recommend staying at this place, it’s worth it.There could be some minor improvements on few things. »

« We stayed at this beautiful place with a few friends on David Guetta’s concert night in Abbotsford. Everything was great. Some of our other friends couldn’t find a place to stay in town and Oscar was so kind to offer accommodating additional guests free of charge. "Far from what I expected: - cleaning: found a socket in the room from the previous customer and a bottle with liquid i side in the balcony. - service: for a room of 4 people, i would expect 4 towels, not 2\. I also asked for housekeeping 1 day and they didn’t do it. They only clean the room upon request: what’s the point of going into a hotel if room is not cleaned daily? - location: convenient with a shopping centre close to the hotel. However, it is noisy as it’s really close to the highway. - hotel: staff is friendly except housekeeping sometimes who where not saying hello or any smile (we are human). The pool is very small and contains a lot of chemicals which hurts the eyes and nose if you stay to much in it. - room: bed is not really comfortable. Size is correct. AC is doing lot of noise, impossible to sleep with. P.S: someone requested me to rate the hotel with 5 stars in google review, and dictated me the words I must write in the review (and for sure mentioning her name). A review is personal and can’t be dictated by someone especially who is working in that place. I get the intention but it’s not the right way. If you want good reviews, give a good service, that’s it."

"Stay was great overall. The rooms are spacious et clean, although I did find hair in the bathroom when we came in, which was a bit offputting. The hotel is nice, but could use some renos. The lobby is a bit hard to navigate and one of the elevators was broken for multiple days, which made it time consuming to go up to our room each time. The hot springs and the spa were great, clean and the long hours access to the pools allowed multiple visits, even while staying only 1 night. I also had a great experience getting a facial at the spa. The breakfast buffet at the Lakeside Restaurant is also very good and offers a large selection of options. My only suggestion would be to offer more dairy free and gluten free options. I would recommend the resort to friends for sure! "
