"The condition, cleanliness and comfort of the hotel room were excellent. The only negative thing was that there was no forewarning about the fact that there is no in room coffee service. While there was a coffee machine, there were no items to use it with. Nor was there any information in the room as to what the hours would be for breakfast."

"Greg and check in was phenomenal! After a long day of delayed flights and my luggage being missing, they were exceptional on check in. The room is gorgeous and clean! My service at the hotel restuarant was great as well, Shaun was an excellent server and the steak was delicious! I didn't have my luggage, but they sent me up a robe and slippers. Seriously 10 out of 10!"

"Overall, a really good option if you are staying in the Milwaukee area. This hotel is only a 15-minute drive to the downtown Milwaukee area, in a super safe neighborhood, with free parking and lots of fast food options and restaurants within walking distance.
