"Honestly I stayed on the Diamond side the room was not what I expected, great view but definitely not worth the price there were stains all over the curtains, the little seating area in the room, the carpet left a lot of nasty stuff on my feet I had to use à wash cloth to clean my feet before putting my shoes on…sadly I didn’t know this and went to the spa to get a massage and my feet looked dirty "

"Rooms felt kind of small but reminiscent of hotel rooms in Asia. For larger oversized Americans it feels kind of cramp. The beds were comfortable. The buffet was ok but not as good as other holiday inn express in the mainland we have stayed at. But we looked forward to rushing down to get a table each morning before it filled up. The only downsides were that the AC in the room is extremely loud and noisy. If they could get quieter ones it would be perfect. Even though these are old window units the sound seemed to be inside room rather than outside. "

"Yes, it wasn’t as advertised on Expedia. We had to change to a new room because the photos were inaccurate. The room even had a cockroach (only one) However, the staff were very friendly and conscientious. It’s a great spot to the beach and all the shopping. No other real concern. "
