Clean, close to parking, friendly staff, delicious breakfast

Quiet, modern room and fresh breakfast. Staff very nice. Location also great. Overall good stay.

Great central location. The front desk staff were super helpful with directions, reservations, and sightseeing suggestions. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. The room was excellent- super clean, nice shower/bath with all the amenities, comfortable bed, and really good wifi. If you can, take a private water taxi, it gets you much closer to the hotel than the public water bus.

The staff made it. The room, the food, the location everything was great but the staff was amazing.

Really modern hotel that is close to the main attractions. Easily accessible by the vaporetto and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely be back when i get back to Venice!!

Air conditioning worked well on our visit. Bed was comfy and room was clean

The staff was friendly and was very informative, after checking in they gave me a map of Venice and circled the location of the closest water bus that could take us to/from St. Marks Square. Since our room wasn't ready yet (we arrived early in the morning) they were able to keep + store our luggage while we could explore Venice. The room was nice and clean, bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean and modern looking. The AC was quiet and didn't bother us during the night. The view from our...

Beautiful spacious room on the canal with king size bed. Highly recommend.

Terrific hotel in the Carnereggio area of Venice. Location was great with many restaurants, shops and bars in the vicinity. All staff were super nice and accommodating. Room and bathroom were not huge but adequate. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Small hotel but someone at front desk 24/7. Breakfast was a terrific choice of many things. From fresh fruit, cereals, breads, pastries, pies, cold meats and cheeses as well as scrambled eggs, sausages, ham and grilled vegetables....

Very clean room. The air purifier is a nice added addition. Comfortable bed. Amazing staff. The gentleman helped us book a private transfer to the airport as our flight was very early in the morning before public transport was available. He made sure we know our way to the port and got it all organized for us.

We were pleasantly surprised with a lovely upgrade to our room! The hotel rooms are wonderful. Very comfortable and quiet. The lagoon is right outside the front door and is stunning at all times of the day. It is a bit of a walk to the main square but easily doable.

Best hotel ever! The staff were amazing, friendly, polite, helpful and very professional. The food was excellent and the room was very clean. We really didn't want to leave!

Such a comfortable place to stay. The staff were all lovely, breakfast (and coffee!) set a great start to every day. The room was clean and welcoming at the end of every day. And if you like arriving by water taxi, this hotel has its own dock. Very easy for managing luggage! We loved our stay and look forward to our next visit.

We actually stayed in an apartment attached to this boutique hotel. The apartment was spacious, and modern with high end showers. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located in the perfect location, close to the S. Stae vaporetto stop, a wonderful little community with a fabulous bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, fruit stand. There was even an evening of tango in community square as well as a gondola station. It was a perfect stay!!

Service was excellent!

Excellent place to Stay! Staff is amazing, we enjoyed the stay
