Buses and trains within two minute walk and good breakfast. Staff were so helpful with checkin times very flexible and rooms are comfortable. Whereas most hotels we stayed in had more information about area and the cities/towns we stayed in, this place had no information, especially about Venice. The room was on the 3rd floor, elevator only goes to 2nd floor, carried our bags up the stairs, more like a prison room, no windows, needed paint, beds were not comfortable.
