There was only one negative and that was the sofa bed situation. Listing says it has two sofa beds, but it only has one. Even if there were two sofa beds there is no room in the living area to set them both up. Normally I wouldn’t complain or put this in a review but we were expecting to use the second sofa as a bed. Fortunately one of our friends brought a cot or they would have had to sleep on the floor or double up with someone on the sofa bed. The only complaint is that the lighting in the entire condo is very bad (except the bathrooms). You cannot read in the living room area, nor dining room as the lighting is very dim. There is no light above the sink. All of the kitchen appliances were relatively new and worked fine (though a bulb in the hood above the stove needs to be replaced). The location of the condo is the best feature as you can take a short walk down to the village to grab a bite or shop. There were none. We arrived to a broken fireplace. I notified vacasa the property manager, and they said that they would send someone the next day. No one came. I reached out to vacasa daily and no one came out or responded for the duration of our 5 night stay. This is the worst customer experience I have ever encountered in a rental. The carpet had regions of stain and the dining room furniture upholstery was extensively stained. The management is responsive, heck-in and check-out instructions are precise; the only issue is the fireplace, it worked in the first evening but it did not work the next day and we did not receive “how-to” for the fireplace; but it did not affect our trip; we still like this place; I will give 5-star if the fireplace works during our stay. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. The location is super convenient. The only problem we had was that when we arrived there was only one parking pass despite being told that there would be two and we had two cars. I called and emailed the property manager immediately and never heard back. We were concerned that one of our cars would be towed. Also, the front porch light was out so that made using the lockbox a little more difficult. But fortunately, our car never got towed so it was a successful trip. We definitely would like to use this condo again. ##### kris s.
