"We are frequent VRBO customers. The location was perfect for our purpose, and the home was peaceful with lovely surroundings and large sun-filled rooms. However, it appears to be owned by a company, with no homey touches, and poor management practices. Upon our arrival, there were a couple of issues that needed addressing. For example, the fireplace was not working, the welcome/instruction book was only provided in French and we understood and we understood “important” so we called the...

"Bel endroit"

"Washing machine had ALOT of wet sheets when we arrived, so we dried them, folded them and put them on the dining table. Shampoo and conditioner would have been appreciated. So would pepper and oil. But we knew that going in. Aside from that, place looks nice, hot tub and pool/sauna area a plus. Walking trail by river was very nice. Grounds were not well maintained and there was a hole in the wall from a door knob. Location does not have much to do in surrounding area. One of the guests did...

"Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille dans ce chalet. L’endroit est calme et paisible pour une vraie détente. Le chalet est propre et confortable. La communication avec le gestionnaire était très appréciée. À recommander."

"Loved the condo and the pool Highly recommend"

"We had a great stay. Unfortunately the property was not clean, there were crumbs on the couch and sheets were missing, what sheets were there had hair on them , dirty socks etc. When I reached to the property manager , late night , the manager was responsive and immediately addressed it. I found the interaction with the manager pleasant. We had no other issues for the rest of our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with staple pantry items. The decor is pleasant and tastefully done. The location...

"Very clean and convenient. Highly recommended"

"Very nice location and close to a lot of beautiful nature walks. Very new and clean unit. But customer service was not available. I was never able to reach host by phone or email. Needs more instructions on how to work thermostats for heater and air conditioning."

"Similaire à ce que nous nous attendions. Le processus de location est clair et bien fait. La description et les photos représente bien ce qui est offert. "

"Severe security problems: one evening people came and said that they rented our unit and showed us a confirmation with our unit number. It turned out they were booked in the unit next door and got the wrong confirmation. ok, might happen, but they were able to open *our* door with *their* code!!!If you write to the manager, you only get AI generated answers but nobody cared about the problem. It wasn't fixed within 24 hours after reporting. At this time, there were three working PIN codes for...

"Nous étions trois couples avec deux jeunes enfants et l'endroit était très spacieux. Nous avons bien profité des lieux: terrasse, spa, foyer, sentiers. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié!"

"Delightful property. Well maintained and with excellent amenities. Will be booking again for the winter."

"Impeccable. Difficulté à repérer le chalet à l'arrivée. Les instructions d'arrivee sont transmises un peu tard. Un envoi plus précoce aurait aidé à repérer le plan plus facilement, et sans stress sinon c'est parfait."
