This property is great, just one thing was one of the days that we were going for a swim, there was no towels on the rack. So my partner went downstairs to the lobby coz the phone by the pool area was broken. However, the towels never came, so my son went back upstairs wet and cold

The hotel is just ok but definitely won't be back and I do not recommend it to anyone The room has a strong smell of cigarettes. No housekeeping that all. Only two towels for bathing. There was no pressure in the shower Sidewalks dirty. could be heard when people were talking in the other rooms in both sides of the wall Breakfast was sucks. Dinning are and kitchen area very small some of the ceiling were broken Parking UNSAFE $300 per night ?? they should be much better for that price !!

Overall,the property was very nice, clean and accommodating. Our room was nice and clean but loud due to a ceiling vent that ran constantly and never turned off.

The property is currently under renovation but it didn’t pose any significant inconveniences. Jorge at the front desk is an amazing first impression for this property. The rooms are clean and common areas were clean, beds comfortable, and the location is convenient. Just ask for a room away from the highway or the noise will be unbearable.

Usually love Marriott hotels and the comfortable and clean hotels. This property was not that. This hotel had mold growing in my bathroom, carpet unclean and old in the hallways and an under repair unusable pool (which they did not disclose at the time of booking-picture showed beautiful pool). Would never stay here again. The only saving grace was the front desk people were amazing human beings and very friendly.

Everything was going fine until the second day when we noticed some black stains on the bathroom wall. The wall covering was loose so I peeled back a corner and the wall was covered in black mold and small clouds of mold dust drifted to the floor. We were moved to another room where we found socks in the garbage disposal. These were both issues that could have, and should have, been discovered by hotel staff before we arrived. The fact that there was no offer to comp at least part of our stay for having put us in a room with mold infestation and the inconvenience of having to repack and move to another room says a lot. It's either a problem with the property policy, staff training or possibly both. Nice rooms, decent property in a good location, courteous and friendly staff, all ruined by some serious maintenance oversights. Oh, and the property is undergoing renovation which should probably be stated at the time of reservation. Let's hope they're doing some mold mitigation in the process.

Nice hotel. Excellent location and easy parking. Needs some updated information signs in the elevators. Signs directed us to the pool, yet the pool was empty. Wasn’t told by the desk clerk at check-in that the property doesn’t have ice machines. Looked all over, only to call down to the desk for assistance and was told ice was available at the desk only. A little frustrating. With that being said, this is still a great property and will definitely stay here again.

The room was great, exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect. It would have been nice if there was a restaurant/bar in the hotel. It also would be nice if there were some breakfast items available past 9am.

Quiet and comfortable. However breakfast the first morning was terrible. I had an hour and a half before breakfast closed but they were out of decaf coffee, bread and eggs were cold. Had to go to a restaurant to have breakfast.

Breakfast has deteriorated! Cereals obviously bought in bulk at Dollar Store. Hot offerings the same (scrambled eggs, tough sausages links/patties or prepackaged breakfast biscuits). Only the coffee was acceptable. Cleaning only every other day, though this seems to have become “industry standard”, is unacceptable considering the prices charged. In room advertised happy hour was nonexistent (do it or remove in room card)! All in all we will probably be looking elsewhere for lodging when traveling!

I’ve stayed at this resort before and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it, so chose to stay here again this time. The lady at check in was very nice and helpful. We told her we would only need one housekeeping service on Thursday, as we were only there 4 nights. On Wednesday, while we were all in the room, housekeeping opened the door on us. We had the top lock on so it didn’t open all the way, and all we heard was someone sounding annoyed they couldn’t open the door. This obviously scared the heck out of us!! When I went to the door, I realized it was housekeeping. The lady (I didn’t get her name) immediately got angry and said “this room is supposed to be vacant, it’s obviously not vacant if you’re here.” And pointed to a piece of paper that I guess was supposed to prove her point? I said “I told the front desk we only needed service on Thursday.” When she realized her mistake I just got attitude and a half ass apology before she walked off. I ended up apologizing to her even though we did nothing wrong, and got no response back. It was just a wild experience. That was the only major issue we had with the stay. There were a couple other small things that they’ll hopefully take into consideration: The shower head was messed up in the smaller room and was spraying everywhere. The tv subtitles worked about 50% of the time and it has a volume limit. If you’re hard of hearing, the living room tv is kinda a bust. Especially with the AC unit right next to the couch.

Great location. Very roomy. Comfortable. The ac was very noisy. It was either on, blowing directly on us in bed, freezing us, or off and we got so hot. The room was never a good temperature. Every time it came on while we were asleep, it woke us up because it was so loud, then so cold.

Stayed here for a week with my kids and it was perfect. Convenient and close to everything, and walking distance too. Location was clean, staff was friendly, and pool was great for kids too. Loved the convenience of having a kitchen for my kids but they did offer free breakfast which was also pretty good. Had a small reservation misunderstanding due to overnight C/S rep but manager fixed the issue right away. Was grateful for that as i had just spent 9 hrs at airport overnight due to connection weather delays. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again whenever in the area. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
