If you want to stay in LA & be close to the action of Beverly Hills area but not pay Beverly Hills prices, this area of Sherman Oaks is perfect and full of charm, peace and beauty.

Guests at Round Valley Tree House are required to walk up & down to 4 flights of stairs of approximately 75 steps independently and safely without assistance.

West coast road trip
Tree house was amazing! House was super clean and updated and included everything needed for our stay. We had a family of 6 on a two week west coast trip trip and we stayed at the tree house for 3 nights. Stairs up are a workout but the view is worth it. Loved the stay!
