The property was extremely close to public transport. Staff was super friendly and bent over backwards to help with any questions or concerns. The room w/ kitchenet was great. Water pressure was perfect. My mattress was hard and wifi was weak. It worked well on my Chromebook, but was terrible on the phone. The front stairs need railings. Slippery when it rains.

The fire alarm went off 3 times waking me up at 6am because of people smoking and most of the staff were rude and unhelpful. SUPER nice amenities but poor staff (except the receptionist lady - she was very kind)

Good place to stay but noisy road.

Modern, clean & good location but very noisy road which woke us up each morning very early. Very friendly staff and overall good place to stay. Would request a room on other side of building to avoid next time.

I wasn’t able to check-in because I had to cancel this holiday. This property was not at all helpful with providing a refund even though I had a legitimate reason for cancellation - couldn’t get a travel exemption to travel from Australia to the UK. Very disappointing attitude during this world health crisis. When I can travel again I certainly won’t be staying at a place that has virtually stolen thousands of pounds sterling in pre-paid accommodation.

The location was good. The bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned properly (there were pubes on the shower wall). The air con was okay but took a while to cook the room down. Overall for the price I would say it’s quite good, the cleanliness was a little disappointing but it did the job.

The staff member was excellent. I had to change my room as I found some stain on bed I will attached some pictures. The other room was clean. The bed was not comfortable and small. My feet was out of the bed. I am not sure if I will book again because for the price I can find better places.

Tried to contact them about an expensive jacket we left in the closet of our room and they failed to get back to us. We've called them several times and everyday before we left the U.K with no response.
