Visited to attend an event at the London stadium, location and room was excellent. However one fly in the ointment - we ordered a drink from the bar in our 1st evening (a Margarita) which despite costing £12 came in a glass the size of an egg cup and was as weak as could be. When we mentioned we weren’t happy to the waitress she simply laughed in our face. We did press that we were being serious and she promised to speak to the manager but never got back to us- we have no idea if she bothered to do so. Moral of the story is this is a great hotel in a good location but avoid the bar!

Perfect hotel for Westfield shopping and Aspers. Lovely breakfast on outside terrace and made surprise sweet tray for my birthday. Very modern clean rooms. Only criticism couldn’t get hand wash out of container parking on site
