The floor was sticky and covered with dirt, mini fridge had mold, and the balcony had dirt/bird droppings that was clearly not kept up with. I called the hotel desk which is not in on the weekends, after speaking with hospitality we were sent a housekeeper. "The stay was fine for what it is, but the biggest criticism is the WiFi. The TV and wifi was very spotty despite a repeater so close to the room. There weren’t clear instructions which Meadow Court WiFi to choose from and the Tv in the room would sometimes not default to the correct WiFi network."
