"I only stayed less than 24 hours. But the hotel was beautiful, very clean and pristine. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure! I booked for the next time I’ll be in Buffalo in August the same kind of room! For another concert. Thank you!! Wonderful experience!!"

"Lovely property but in a state of flux with new ownership. Problems : no internet at all in our room. We reported it but it was not fixed. Some outlets not working or plug falls out. Bed was very uncomfortable…old and no support. Fewer room amenities than average hotel. Good: shower was nice and clean, sinks clean, room was clean etc. There was always great coffee in the lobby. Very nice places to sit and do work since we had no internet in the room. The breakfast was just so so."

"Overall, a great hotel and very convenient to the airport. The hallway had a peculiar smell but it didn’t carry into the room. I arrived after midnight and was met immediately by the front desk clerk. No waiting or trying to find someone to check you in. That’s a big plus!"

"Definitely not sound proof rooms. I could hear the neighboring rooms entire conversations, snoring, and even getting up to use the restroom. You hear every footstep and door shut on the same hallway, especially when room service is doing their rounds. The doors do not shut quietly. Sleeping in is not an option. I also had 3 different types of hairs on the toilet and a near empty roll of toilet paper, making me wonder if the bathroom was even cleaned. Lastly, no continental breakfast, which is fine, but they advertise for lattes and couldn’t even make lattes both days we stayed. If you try booking with the spa, you need to do it weeks ahead of time because they’re fully booked with their services. Sheets/bedding were cheap. Otherwise, it was okay."

"Room was clean and comfortable. One issue- the room is meant for two people, but there is only one single chair by the table and there is absolutely no other place for a second person to sit. We asked the attendant for a second chair, but he said it's not allowed and there is no room for it - which is not true. Some rooms have 2 chairs, but others don't - you book double room and don't know what you get. It's a very small change that would make a big difference."
