Absolutely love the historic feel with a modern bed and tv. I Absolutely loved it there do wish they had a bit more breakfast options but theres this little place up the road with amazing breakfast called that place in lead

Great little find of a property. We did find some clothing left behind in a closet by a previous guest. This particular type of clothing made me make sure to ask that the bedding had been changed bc it was for a particular type of bedtime activity. Other than finding that the hotel was amazing. They allowed an early check in so we could drop off some bags. Great location. Stampmill next door for supper was delish!

We loved this place! I will stay here again. What a Wonderful way to preserve the old Town Hall. It was comfortable and cozy. Loved the breakfadt area.

This for the people who love the hills but don’t want to partake in the night life of Deadwood and/or who find Lead to be just as enjoyable of town to be in.

The location and lodging are great. The host had us laughing each time we saw her. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable. Restaurants are an easy walk away. Breakfast was basic but good for our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

Cute old town hall with rooms redone into large, clean hotel rooms. Lovely host, good continental breakfast. Ten minutes from Drafwood and much more peaceful.

We loved this place! The room was unique, spacious and beautiful. Immaculately clean. We stayed in the Municipal Judge's Chambers, room 202. The only small complaint we had was the room was cold (boiler had not been turned on for fall yet) and the street noise, especially the garbage trucks in the morning, could be heard. But we would definitely recommend this property and stay here again. It was a fantastic historical building and wonderfully updated!

Sue was an amazing host! We arrived around 9:30pm, used the code to get in the front door, had a code to get in pur room. Felt very safe at all times. The bed was so comfortable!! I We slept so good all 3 nights! We will definitely come back!

Although this is a historic hotel it is very modern with check in and key codes. The host sent a text to confirm when we would be arriving and met us at the front door when we arrived.

An overall positive experience but for one thing, to wit: the bed pillows were hard as rocks and left me with a pronounced headache and a crook in my neck. A request to staff for a new pillow produced only bricks, erm, pillows of the exact same type. The bed itself on the other hand was quite comfy.

The property was beautifully redone with quality furnishings. It was very quite and water pressure and temperature was good. Easy access to and from with electronic door locks. I wish it had an elevator as we are older with some health issues but I completely understand why no elevator. The morning continental breakfast was well done and gives a friendly atmosphere to sit and chat with other guests unlike chain hotels.
