Good size room and clean. Front desk staff member could have provided more information about the property at check in, it was more of a transactional interaction no customer service at all. Parking fee I understand, but a resort fee when not all amenities were available is questionable. Also, shouldn’t resort fee include the parking fee?

We waited approx. 20 minutes for an elevator, every time. There were 4 elevators in the bay but it looked like only 2 were in service. There was literally a line of angry people waiting for the elevator. I requested a room on a higher floor, but at check in we were given a room on the 4th floor that overlooked the parking garage. The agents at the front desk were less than friendly and somewhat flippant about it, telling us that it was “all they had” and that they had no record of my request (which I booked 2 months ago). The smoke detector in our room had a failing battery and a shrill beep went off every 2 minutes. It took them 35 minutes to send an engineer to fix it and we were required to be in the room, so we missed our dinner reservations. I expected a higher level of hospitality from a Tahoe casino. This was our once-yearly trip, and for the high rates we paid, the hotel accommodations should have been a lot nicer. Disappointing.

The hotel was nice, it is still a little dated on the inside. I was very disappointed in being charged $25.00 more if I wanted to check in before 2pm. The room was nice and it was very quiet which being a light sleeper, I really appreciate. I found it odd that all the walls in the room and bathroom were bare( just an odd observation). The on site steak restaurant was fabulous, and we will definitely eat there again. Overall I feel there are improvements to be made but it was a good hotel.

The room was dirty I stepped on a blue berry out of nowhere and I didn’t have any blueberries The staff were not very accommodating. I had called to put my friend on the reservation and that did not happen . The staff could not communicate very well and the room I was put in was a view of a roof . When we asked to change rooms they acted like they couldn’t understand what we were asking . Then at 9am a woman came to the door knocking with her key very loud and when I answered she told me I needed my do not disturb. Which was not in the room at all so how could I put it in the door . She was very rude . I will never stay here again it was gross .
