Disliked: Cleanliness
This place is great, but
Could use a good cleaning. I do not want to knock the condo itself as it is adorably decorated, spacious and in a great area with easy access to the beach, pool and ft. Fisher. The view from the balcony is great! Not noted in the listing is the fact that there are beach chairs and toys in the closet by the door which is always nice to know when you plan to bring these things.
The management company needs to do a better job 1) giving instructions on how to get there, find your spot and get in. A map would help. We showed up at night and had a really hard time finding not only our parking spot but also the correct building. The entry code is 9 digits long.
2) cleaning. The place was not cleaned properly. We found crumbs in the couch, someone else’s bathing suit in the shower and the floors were generally grimy. The vents were also all dusty as well as the tops of some of the decorations. We had to do some cleaning ourselves to be comfortable there and I am hoping to get a portion of the cleaning fee back from Vacasa.
