5/5 Excellent
"The staff was welcoming and accommodated our needs during the entire stay. Everyone always greeted us with smiles. The grounds and the room was clean. Room was comfortable. They offer shuttle to and from the beach daily. The main restaurant has a wide selection of breakfast foods. We took a complimentary yoga class that is offered twice per week and it was great! Meditation is offered on Saturdays. Loved the ambience and location of this resort, too."

"Staff was excellent every day. Food choices and the many types of food was outstanding! Great for breakfast and dinner - the reflections bar and rock salt are awesome. And there’s even a couple local bars within 50 feet. Just to get a local flavor. Views from the rooms and restaurants are spectacular
We’d highly recommend coming back. Staff had great recommendations on excursions too. Elephant sanctuary and phi phinidlsb tour was awesome. "
"Super friendly staff and facilities. Great rooms as well. One thing to note is that the hotel lobby is further in, need to wait for shuttle to be brought in."

"The staff especially Nicky was amazing.. they have an app that allows you so much access to the resort ( dining in room, pick up, house keeping , etc) if I could give a 10⭐️ I would but it’s definitely 10/10!!!!!!!"

"The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We went during their low season, so the attention to detail was phenomenal. The beach isnt the best in the area. We couldnt swim in the beach because we were warned about jellyfish in water. We did experience rain during out trip, so the best time to visit is October- November. Overall, this hotel is pretty secluded so if you like quiet, this is the place. "

"We were a family of four with 2 ocean rooms next to each other and had a great stay here. The rooms were large with a huge bed which could be split to make twin beds. A little on the hard side but they put a thin quilt on top to make it softer from the second day. I would say the rooms were dated somewhat and are in need of a refurb but to be honest everything is in the right place and with so much space and the view you forget about the old furniture and bathroom.
The pools were great and clean with plenty of loungers available. Bar staff, drinks and food were good - what I would have liked is for the staff to be walking around rather than having always to go to the bar but we were ok with this. The beach is on your doorstep which we loved, very clean and beautiful with security staff on hand at the hotel entrances. The only 2 negatives were that check-in felt rushed and our room at 6.45pm was not ready for about 15 mins. Also the buffet restaurant was not great quality food, breakfast here was not the best with limited veggie options and slow refils.
Just fyi we used 'Grab' taxis rather than those from the hotel - these were cheaper but we had to catch them up the road as the hotel / local drivers did not like the grab taxis. Overall an excellent stay but some little things could be improved. "
