Overall the property was great. We had a family room with a mountain view and we liked being on the quiet side of the building. Our only complaint was that guest were able to reserve pool loungers by leaving their towel on the chair making it difficult to get a chair even when the pool was not very busy.

I celebrated my 30th Birthday here, and it was an amazing experience! It is a beautiful hotel with kind and caring staff. We had the pool room, which made it! I can't recommend this hotel any more - if coming to Phuket, you must stay here!

The staff was wonderful, we will definitely visit again. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options for all. The pool always had wonderful seats available. The hotel is a very short walk to Karon beach, good shopping, night markets and cool bars. We will stay again!!

Absolutely perfect stay at this lovely hotel. The staffs at this hotel were friendly helpful and polite. Paula and Vansh at frontdesk were helpful to extend check out time and help to book taxi to and fro from the hotel. Beautiful clean property, would love to stay longer if only time permits!

Absolutely stunning hotel. Has the wow factor when you arrive and are taken to your room. Rooms are amazing. We stayed in a hideaway room with jacuzzi tub and could not fault it. Best of all however, were the staff. Such kind, courteous and hard working staff. They all made our stay very special and we would love to go back in the not so distant future.
