This was an enchanting place to stay. It felt like we were royalty. The staff was very attentive and always helpful and kind. Very clean rooms and amenities were spectacular. Great location walkable to Kata Beach.

Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Especially thank to K2 for his hospitality.Location is surround with various Thai & Western cuisines, short walk to the beach. The pool & landscape are designed elegantly and uniquely. One thing I would like to recommend is the washroom floor might needs to be replaced with floor tiles is much better than the wooden floor, as the wooden floor absorbs ordour and hard to clean other than this the exhaust fan might needs to be installed in the washroom as well. I would understand after the COVID most of hotel would need time to improve and address minor issue. Overall, my experience at Sawasdee Village was very happy with all provided services from staffs to facilities.Will stay again next time when I am in Phuket.

Great and beautiful property. Room was not cleaned properly on couple of nights, they could work on that. Also the air conditioning is in the ceiling blowing air directly on our faces. We cannot control the direction of the air vent because it was very high up and the fan speed cannot be controlled Everything else was great

The Hotel was amazing, the staff were fabulous overall I could not fault them. The breakfast was excellent and had something for all tastes. Would definately recommend and I personally would not hesitate to return back to Sawasdee in the future

This hotel is gorgeous! The decor is very well thought out and the landscaping is beautiful. We had a porch with pool access which led to the pool bar. Everyone was so nice and helpful with a smile always on their face. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so many options. The beach and markets are walkable and safe. Thai massage right next door with laundry service too. I would highly recommend.

At night time, the swimming pool and walk ways were lit up with small flashing specks of light. Very fantasy like especially when swimming in the swimming pool at night. Did not see any kids so it was peaceful and staff very friendly. Only disappointment was we did not get free upgrade with the VIP access. Hotel also provides free shuttle to and from Kata Beach every hour in the day time.

I absolutely loved in this hotel!! So many stores nearby, there’s so many mosquitoes in Thailand and they supply you will good smelling lotion that acts a mosquito repellent. The decor looks like i was transported into the Aladdin movie, highly recommend!!

This property is like no other. I never write reviews, but this hotel is my favorite place I've ever stayed. It almost doesn't seem real. It feels like a fantasyland, especially at night when the lagoon lights up. Having the back patio be your pool was so romantic and amazing. The decor was breathtaking and no detail was spared. The service was stellar. I simply cannot wait to go back!

Such a beautiful and unique hotel. I spent my last night in Thailand and it was truly a relaxing atmosphere. I recommend getting the swim out pool room as the pool lights up in the night time and it is beautiful to swim in.
