« A brand new building - opened in the Fall of 2025. Very central with easy access to a streetcar station across the street. Spadina subway station is one block away. The amenities are basic, but it is a student residence after all, so come with the appropriate expectations. A very beautiful building. As a guest, you have access to the laundry room and some common spaces. I would stay here again. Similar hotels in the same area would be much more. I stayed in May of 2026. »

« Accueil : attente de 15 min à l’entrée pour obtenir les clés, réponse rapide par textos si questions ou problème, bien situé pour visiter et le transport en commun et équipé sauf lave-vaisselle non fonctionnel, parking à même l’établissement et moins cher qu’ailleurs, tranquille et commodités proches, difficulté à récupérer le dépôt qui a été pris deux fois sur ma visa dont une fois après avoir quitté malgré avoir laissé l’endroit impeccable. On m’a dit qu’on réglerait cela mais j’attends...
