Check-out instructions
The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Lock the doors
There are a few things that would be a huge help... Close windows upstairs & down. Close pool cover, put key on the kitchen hook. Hang any wet towels. Lock exterior doors. Thanks, we appreciate it!
Kitchen door... to lock, press Emtek, quickly turn deadbolt to the left. Wait a few seconds; after it clicks, see if the deadbolt unlocks. If it does, try it again... Huge thanks!
Lastly, thanks for not leaving garbage or recycling outside — it will be ransacked by critters. If it’s easy to take with you, great. If not, just leave it in the kitchen.
Thanks again,
Kimberly

We had an amazing time at the Vineyard! The house looks even better in person, super spacious with renovated spaces. The vineyard surrounding the house and the backyard were amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset. Would love to stay again.
This beautiful home and spectacular pool are secluded and tucked away just outside of Sonoma. Really quiet and private, this was the perfect place to get away to and lounge outside all day. Would definitely come back!

Nice views, comfortable, very remote
The house is lovely and the views are gorgeous. It is very remote, and the road to get there is precarious. If you want to be close to things to do, this is not your place. The pool furniture was dirty ( leaves/cobwebs) and we had to clean it off, which was disappointing considering the high price we paid. Otherwise it was comfortable.
The stay was lovely. The grounds are beautiful, and it was the perfect setting for a weekend getaway with the girls. My friends described it as tranquil, beautiful, and peaceful. The only criticism is that the pool was not swimmable. The pool cover broke and so there was so much debris that accumulated on the surface and floor of the pool that it appeared like stagnate water. The manager after-the-fact mentioned that the pool was cleaned the day before arrival, but conditions were such that it really was not usable. This was a disappointment as pizza and poolside hangout was on the agenda. We wanted to enjoy the grounds as a unique part of our stay. Nonetheless, we want to come back and in the future hope that the pool is in working order. It would truly turn the place into a 5-star stay.
The views of the vineyards and Sonoma hills from the house are picture perfect. The house is well equipped for activities and cooking. The pool was warm and the setting on the hillside with views down to valley made it special. Kimberly was helpful and kept us informed about the area and house. Outstanding

Nice but not Easy.
Party of 8 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The area is beautiful. We we lucky to have stayed at the house during harvest. As we sat to eat breakfast we got to watch the crew pick the vineyard! Kimberly let us know in advance they would be there. The reason I give it 3 stars is because there was a lot of old food in the refrigerator when we got there. We had to clean it to make room for our food. It was easy to leave it cleaner than we found it. There are a few things that could use updating also and it was quite a distance from the main road.
We are a family with 3 adult children and spouses and loved the spaciousness of the property and great amenities! Our host was responsive and wonderful to work with. The view from the property was breathtaking and the pool was fabulous. Our family enjoyed the wineries by day and swimming, corn hole & ping pong on the property at night. We grilled out and ate under the stars. It was a wonderfully relaxing vacation!
This is a really amazing property with a fantastic setting. The house sits alone surrounded by extensive hillside vineyards and has majestic views in all directions. If you are looking for a place to get away in the wine country, this is an impressive option that fully delivers on the experience of being among the vines.
Kimberly's property is absolutely stunning. The pictures simply do not do it justice. The 2.5 mile windy road to get to the house is absolutely worth the stunning views and the serene surroundings. Kimberly was responsive to every email, and checked in with us several times to make sure the stay was going well. Would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful, secluded property
If you are looking to real getaway, this is your place! The property is perched on a hill, inside a working vineyard. It’s quiet with stunning views, sunrise to sunset. The pool is unique and provided a great place to hang out, cool off, grill, and gave kids hours of entertainment. Hint: look for the outdoor shower. It’s an awesome experience! Be prepared to drive about 10-15 minutes off the main road (hwy 12) to get to the house. If you plan to leave 1xday, it’s manageable, but there’s no quick runs to the store. Although close to some great wineries once on hwy 12. There are notes around the house to help with your stay. Pay close attention to not putting food scraps in garbage or leaving anything out. No joke, the ants will come! Left an empty pizza box out for a short time and wham, there they were. I can see it getting out of control fast if you do not follow the rules. We composted and stored things fridge, zero issues then. Keep in mind it’s a farm, they grow grapes in these hills. There is wildlife. Nothing too crazy, mostly beautiful birds and salamanders who were not shy. Kids loved seeing them. Our one let down was the A/C was not working. The bedrooms upstairs were unbearable. (It’s was high 80’s/90’s during day). Must keep shades drawn all day, at night open the windows as the temp drops and you need fans.
Host was wonderful! Kimberly cares about your comfort. She was lovely and took our feedback with grace. We would love to visit again!
My family stayed here for 2 nights. It is such a peaceful and beautiful location. The views are amazing. Kimberly, the home owner, was easy to contact and very responsive with any questions.
Everything about our stay--from the beauty of the views and grounds to the spaciousness and comfort of the house--met or exceeded our expectations. We had seven people in our group, including four children under seven, and had everything we needed to get some genuine rest, relaxation and family fun, most of which centered around pool time. Kimberly was an easy and responsive host and we will cherish the week we got to spend at her enchanting mountain vineyard home.
Kimberly is a wonderful host. Instructions were easy to follow. The property and house are simply beautiful. My party appreciated how well stocked the house is.
The owners were great! Very considerate ans thorough in their welcome and communication.
The house was clean and well stocked. The highlight was the pool which had an amazing outdoor grill, lounge chairs, and shelter which was great for all day relaxing.
Would stay here again!
Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this lovely property. The views are amazing, and the house is well equipped for kids. The pool area is beautiful! Don’t expect to make any quick runs to the market (we didn’t-brought our groceries with us!) as it is a long drive up (worth it!).

Beautiful property. Well worth the 10-15 min drive up into the hills above Glen Ellen.
Indoors: Spacious and nicely furnished; just right for a long weekend visit by my four sibs and their significant others, here for a wedding. Outside: Pool, BBQ, ping pong, shaded sitting areas, and terrific views of acres of vineyards and down into Sonoma Valley. As described, or better. Perfect place to relax, enjoy the warm weather, and catch up with family from around the country. Communications with owner/host were easy and very helpful.

A peaceful elegant place to stay in the middle of vineyard
We stayed at this location for 3 days. We were party of 9 including 2 young children. The occasion was 75th birthday of my wife. The experience could not be any better. The house is very well equipped covering all the needs of guests. The children spent half of the time in large well heated pool. We had barbecue dinner near the pool the first day and a formal dinner made by personal chef. Cocktails in the garden. It was like a second wedding for us. I highly recommend this property for your next elegant get together or just a family and friends get away.

Amazing family weekend
Absolutely amazing views and great privacy. Owner was very nice and responsive. The house was great for us having a large party and kids. Lots of room for the kids to play inside and outside. Was also really helpful to have written instructions and directions around the house. Helped us to quickly locate and navigate. Would recommend this property to everyone and hope to be back soon for a longer stay.

Perfect for Celebratory Sonoma Weekend!
I rented this house with a group of friends to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday. The house is nicely maintained and the surroundings are absolutely stunning. Its about two miles off of route 12 and requires a rather windy drive but the privacy and views make it well worth the effort.
The owner was extremely responsive to all of our requests and has been a pleasure to work with. I would strongly recommend this property to friends, family and the VRBO community!
