Located in a newer building, this modern and cozy suite has a fully stocked kitchen, balcony facing the courtyard, queen size bed, 50 inch TV, Wi fi and modern furniture! When not in your room take a short stroll to the downtown core , or better yet take a e bike or scooter conveniently located right outside the building!

Great Location
It’s a great location if you want to be near downtown without the downtown prices! Lots of scooters and bikes around for easy transportation. Good studio for a single person or 1 couple.
