"Loved how large our room was. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean . Staff were very friendly. Favourite part was having a coffee in the huge lodge like sitting area, with huge windows with beautiful views of the mountains. Will definitely stay here again."

"We had the best check in experience, and any time we needed anything they were happy to help! I love that the room had laundry - and if we needed extra detergent pods they were available on site! The room we rented was perfect for me and my husband! With the fridge and stove as an added bonus! The only issues we had, we could not get the room to cool down in the winter, even with turning the heat off. They provided fans those to help! The other small issue.. our bed was not as clean. However, staff was beyond helpful and friendly! I would stay again! It is located in a central spot easy to walk to the town, with free parking!"

"Premium room loft king is terrible flooring is cracking u hear every footstep they gave me crappy room , Toilet bowl is moving everytime I seat and toiletries could use an upgrade poor quality shampoo , Conditioner, soap dried your skin if I knew that would be like that I will bring my own ,u paid so much and that’s what u get on your hard Earn money ,I will never booked a hotel like that no more u just ruined the view place by the mountain . I could just get a standard room or book to lodge or INn downtown Canmore."
