"Email sent after I requested info on checkin saying we were on our way-telling us we needed to bring towels.
Someone working on shower when we arrived and did not get it fixed.
Not enough amenities for number of people it says accommodates. Photos online must have been taken a few years ago-interior is well used."

"We were a party of 6 and the house was a perfect size. If you are looking for a quiet getaway yet close to Cochrane this is perfect. The beds were very comfortable and it was pleasant to sit out on the deck with a glass of wine."

Dramatic mountain peaks provide the perfect backdrop for hiking, mountain biking, and wildlife spotting in Kananaskis Country's network of provincial parks. Paddle crystal-clear lakes or hit the slopes at Nakiska Ski Resort, where the 1988 Winter Olympics alpine events were held.
Even though we only stayed for one night, we had a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed it so much that we’d love to come back and stay a little longer next time!

This lodge caters for a variety of clientele: families with young children, active adults and those wanting a relaxing time getting away from city or business life with single, double or family rooms and chalets, and is pet friendly. We were a real mix of Calgarians, people from BC, tourists from South Africa, USA and UK. The view from the dining and living area is beautiful, the facilities are all in the main lodge building but it does not feel crowded, and with plenty of parking. The lodge is...

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Stoneridge Mountain Resort in Canmore from October 30 to November 1. It was a lovely mountain getaway!
We loved the beautiful mountain views, peaceful atmosphere, and comfort of our Mountain View unit. The unit was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Canmore.

Owners Carolyn and Marcus provide a warm, homey environment. The rooms are lovely and clean with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Visitors are encouraged to enjoy the steam room or sit by the fire in one of the two large living areas. Carolyn, Marcus and staff were more than happy to make our stay enjoyable (made dinner reservations, made up an extra bed in our room for our visiting daughter, and even had an extra phone charger to lend us!).

Hosts were very responsive to questions we had. House was clean and in a great location. The pool was closed do they offered to pay for us to use the local pool, or the Banff Hit Springs. Great service all around.

We had a small problem with the Hot tub and with the bathtub in our room, but the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation.definitly
A five star situation.
The lodge is quaint and and breakfast is satisfying for the day.
Would definitely stay again.

Second time staying at the Lady Macdonald Inn and we are, once again, very happy with our stay. Clean rooms and lovely lobby. Located within a few minutes walk to downtown Canmore and not right near the train tracks so you get a nice quiet sleep. The best part is their fabulous breakfast that is included. Absolutely delicious and generous!!!! Definitely will be back!!
