This was the first hotel we stayed at on our trip to Japan, and it set the bar really high. After a very long day of travel, we had the easiest check in ever. The front desk person even gave my daughter a little welcome gift. The room was a little small but that was expected, and it was clean and had everything we needed. This hotel is fairly close to Iidabashi station, about a ten minute walk. There are also some cool areas that aren’t as touristy around here, including a beautiful garden and a...

Amazing stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel, easy access to three different subway lines. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous and the check in and out process was a breeze.
The fitness center is on the smaller end.
The only downside is because it is next to a stadium, during events at the stadium the elevators tend to get bogged down with line ups, the hotel staff does its best to counter act these effects though.

One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

The hotel was very good overall. There is not much in the immediate area but there is a train stop only minutes away. The restaurant had some tasty food at very high prices.
Our room was very nice and had a good urban view, but was small.

Nice clean and cute hotel near Kands station, very walkable which is quite convenient. Friendly staff, good spare amenities in the lobby if you need, that you can just grab. Would stay here again for sure.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff were amazing. Very friendly, very polite. I would rate this hotel a 10 on almost everything except I found that the rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The walls and ceiling were dirty the doors were dirty...needs to be wiped down properly especially since this is such a high-end hotel, and the vents and fans are full of dust like they haven't been cleaned for years. I was quite surprised. Also our first night there was a stain on the bed sheets and there...

This property was fantastic! Loved the breakfast assortment that we paid for ahead of time. The access to the public baths, yukatas, and balcony were also very nice.

Very fortunate to be the guest on a grand opening of the hotel. We only found out after checking in! The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming and the rooms were delightful. We only planned to stay there for one night but we just had to stay for another because the room and the view and the people in the accommodations were so amazing, top-notch five star. Personally, our favourite hotel we’ve ever stayed at.
