We had a wonderful stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kanda-Otemachi during our first trip to Tokyo. As first-time travelers to Japan, we really appreciated how smooth and comfortable our stay was. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful whenever we had questions. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed after long days exploring the city. The hotel is also in a great location—close to train stations, convenience stores, and many food options, which made getting around Tokyo very easy. We felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout our stay. It truly made our first experience in Tokyo memorable.
