We have stayed her twice. It is in a really great central location. Walking distance to most of the sites, and excellent subway connections. Staff are helpful and friendly and the room is very clean. We like the traditional style decor. Our son loved the large tv with lots of baseball channels! It is simple, but all one needs to have a comfortable stay. Will continue to stay at this hotel when passing through Seoul.
Most taxi drivers had difficulty finding the place even though it was close to a popular landmark. Maybe it should be added to the address. Stay was pleasant. Staff very helpful and extremely nice. Room was very small especially with four of us. Building a bit shabby. Thank you card on check out was a nice touch.
This was our second stay at this hotel. It is perfectly located for site seeing. The staff is spot on with everything. Friendly and respectable always. Rooms are excellent with amenities, bedding, views of city, and all around cleanness in all areas of hotel. Love the showers! Enjoyed the Club Room on the 28th floor for hors d'oeuvres, drinks, night views of the city of Seoul and breakfast the next morning. Also the Charles H Bar is a great experience for feeling like you have gone back to the 1920's. Just enjoyed all around. Hope to return soon.

"Nice hotel close to the subway but quiet at night"
Value for money
Close to subway (Jongno 3 ga & Euljiro 3 ga)
Can take airport limousine 6002
Staff can help to order food delivery
But the hotel is in a lane that it is quiet at night not so suitable for single female traveler
And the design of the room is not so user friendly, there is no hanger in the bathroom and the room design like the shelfs/ table always not at the right place u want
The room and view was very nice. The front desk staff was also very helpful for us non-Korean speaking guests. The staff in the breakfast area was also very helpful and kind. The playroom was a nice option for our young daughter. We were disappointed in the mix up with Expedia canceling and then rebooking us at the hotel. For international travel this was very stressful.
