RV Lot with water and electric hookup

50 amp rV hookup with water hookup , picnic table , bbq grill, fire pit , chairs , and a pond for scenery located just outside of the city in the country. Peaceful and quiet . Very quick drive to river city marketplace for shopping and restaurants, 15-20 minutes from all local beaches , plenty of room for another vehicle and a boat .
The space
RV parking spot is roughly 160’ long by 60’ wide and in gravel .
Guest access
You will have access to RV parking and fire pit area as well as full use of the chicken coop if you have a dog you need to leave locked up to go out for the day or night . Also, access to the pond for scenery.
Other things to note
Please keep the noise level down due to ordinance and beware of fire ants . Also, there are security cameras on site .
