Do not recommend anyone to stay in the first floor! The smell from the room is almost unbearable. The humidity is unreal! The room it's self is nice. But first floor rooms are not recommended.

A 1st star hotel with a 5 star price

I booked 2 rooms for a small vacation with my family and we were unable to use the pool because someone scheduled a pool party and occupied the pool for over 5 hours. There were about 20, or more,people but only one person had a room there. The music was blaring and I had to call the front desk twice to get them to go and ask them to turn the music down..and we were in the 2nd floor and it was so loud that even up there we could not hear the tv. The house keeping didn't change our sheets they made the bed up with dirty sheets and cover.

Stay before cruise and after cruise.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we returned from our cruise Yvette helped us get into our room real early. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Decent hotel, staff was great

Cons: updated
Location: tons of food. Half hr amelia Island
Landed very early too early to check in as rooms were being cleaned, but I needed to iron a shirt for an event I had to go to. Front desk lady was super nice and let me go into a room being cleaned to iron a shirt. All my interactions with staff were good as well.
