Good service

THE WORKERS AT THE AZUL FROM FRONT DESK TO WAITERS TO ROOM CLEANERS WERE amazing.WONDERFUL. ALTHOUGH THE

Love this hotel. All rooms face the ocean. We stayed on adult floor that had its own breakfast area and cocktail hour. Enjoyed having a floor with no screaming kids. We stay here every year and love it.

My friends could come visit on the property and buy a beer.

The staff are wonderful. We like the smaller, resorts. You never have to fight for chairs at the beach or pool. We were treated like royalty. This was our third time at this resort and it never disappoints. The beaches are great and you can walk for ever. The water is swimmable. Would return in a heart beat.

We stayed at the Barcelo March 23- April 1,2022.We would highly recommend this resort for anyone staying in Ixtapa. It is only a 15 minute cab ride to Zihuatanejo. The Barcelo Hotel was clean with great service. It is situated on Playa El Palmar beach with beautiful views. All the pools were nice and our room had a very comfy bed.The food was good for an all inclusive with 4 great al cart restaurants. It is conveniently located across the street from many great restaurants and shopping. We would...

Great stay!

We were surprised by our room because the golf suites photo was a little different from actua but it was clean and quiet. The service from management to maintenance was second to none. Good service is what sets the Pacifica apart. The food at the tupilane and moon bar at the beach was very good. The grills and bbqs were staffed by pros. Our bartenders, waiters and servers all were helpful and kind. My wife and I have reasonable expectations and they were exceeded. We had a couple dinners...

We stayed there for 2 weeks. The rooms are bacis, but they are very clean. The house keepers Bonfilia & Leidy did a great job keeping our room super clean. The views are fantastic. The area is nice and quiet. The grounds and pool areas are very well maintained by Jesus and Carlos. The front desk staff, Jose Ramón, Jose Sortero, Enefertiti and Edgar are super friendly and very helpful. The staff at this hotel is what made our stay special. They are all fantastic. I highly recommend staying here....

All staff very friendly, accommodating and attentive. The property is very clean, beautiful pools and landscaping, rooms are updated.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby the service was first class and very friendly. The room was clean, the view was spectacular. Overall the food was very good and a great selection.

excellent family vacation spot for active family with young teens...... waterslides, basketball, volleyball, teen game room, ping pong, tennis, swimming, ocean fun to swim and boogie board in. Good idea to bring or buy own boogie board. Food pretty good, room very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, easy and much quicker by taking taxi to and from hotel to airport, ixtapa weather is reliable, nice coffee bar, room pillows hard and fat but nice duvet on beds. HIghly recommend this hotel.

The resort's staff is extremely helpful and engaging without being pushy. The food was good, the rooms comfy and clean, the resort within short distance to shopping area (besides the hotel's store). The location is great, the beach is wide, clean, safe and very pretty. The vendors on the beach are not aggressive or overbearing, and carry "licenses".
