This is one of my favourite lodgings. What makes this property unique is the staff, from service in recreational areas, cleaning, entertainment and restaurant service, everyone is eager to help guests. The place is clean y well kept, although facilites are older. Beach access is great, and there is also accessibility to walk to Playa Linda and visit Ixtapa Island. Amazing place and looking forward to my next stay!

Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.

It’s in need of updates. Ac in our room broke and wasn’t fixed after letting them know first thing in the am until a second call was made at 5pm. The first fix was to open a window in +33degrees

Food and drinks were over priced. The quality of the food did not support the high cost. No music or entertainment to bring people to the pool area. It’s not as much a resort but a glorified hotel room. Ver low key and boring. Won’t be back.

The hotel is super cute and very nice. Clean and staff very friendly. It was perfect for my elderly mom who has trouble walking, it was so close to the beach and the 3 pools were very nice. Super recommended.
